T.C. "Buddy" Brennan Jr . bought Lakeside Landing & Boat Storage from a Conroe resident in 1989 with a dream to turn it into Conroe’s premiere boat storage facility. He hired our on-site manager, Mark Lightfoot, when Mark was a mere 23 years old.
When he passed away in 1996, Buddy’s children, Tommy Brennan III and Susie Brennan Freeman became partners in the family business with Tommy assuming the role of manager partner. For 15 years until his ultimate passing in 2011, Tommy revamped multiple aspects of Lakeside Landing and worked hard to ensure that the business carried on Buddy’s legacy. After Tommy died, his wife Nancy Brennan assumed his responsibilities, and today she manages all aspects of the facility.
With a recent website and logo revamp in 2024 as well as an increased presence on social media, Lakeside Landing & Boat Storage is committed to being top of mind for anyone in Conroe, Houston, or the surrounding areas to use for boat or other water vehicle storage.
