What are your hours?

During the summer (April 1st-September 15th), we’re closed on Monday, open from 8 am-5 pm on Tuesday, and 8 am-8 pm on Wednesday-Sunday. During the winter (September 16th-March 31st), we’re closed on Monday and open from 8 am-5 pm Tuesday-Sunday. If Monday is a major holiday (such If Monday is a major holiday (such etc.), we will be open on that day and closed on the following Tues day and Wednesday.

WHAT SERVICES & AMENITIES DOES THE FACILITY OFFER?

We offer valet boat launching during our business hours off of our private ramp by our friendly, experienced tractor drivers; concrete and stall floors; electricity and lights in every stall; a live-in, on-site manager (say hi to Mark!); metal boat storage units; a gated entrance, and finishing piers. In addition, our staff offers winterizing of your boats or other equipment, oil changes and gear lubes, and replacing/repairing impellers.

IF THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, CAN I STILL LAUNCH MY BOAT?

Yes! You can launch your own boat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ARE THERE LATE FEES IF I DON’T PAY MY RENT ON TIME?

Yes. Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the month with a grace period until the received your rent by the 10th, we will charge a fee of $15.
